We’ll gather in one of Brooklyn’s most beautifully reimagined death-care spaces to explore the themes at the heart of Darnell Lamont Walker’s new book, Never Can Say Goodbye: The Life of a Death Doula and the Art of a Peaceful End.
The night begins with a moderated conversation between Darnell and Erica Hill, founder of Sparrow, as they discuss their work, the stories that shape us, and the power of meeting mortality with honesty, compassion, and courage.
