Grief Support Groups

Sparrow in partnership with Dwellness Therapy
Duration: 12 sessions
Fee: $125 per 90-minute session
Utilizing an empirically validated grief model, the groups will provide a safe space for members to sit with and express their grief, to witness and be validated in their grief, to integrate the reality of the death of their loved one, to re-envision their future, and to recover or reclaim inner and outer resources. Both groups will be facilitated by Dwellness Mental Health Counselor, Megan Gaffney.
Megan brings a compassionate approach and a nuanced understanding of the complexities of grief to her work, rooting her approach in evidence-based methodologies that guide clients through the journey of grief integration.
Loss of Family and/or friends and Loss to Suicide will be held on a weekday evening.
