When I heard the news I really couldn’t believe it. I’ve known Dennis since I was a freshman at Fashion industries HS we played on the basketball team together. I was a year behind him, he was always positive always gave words of inspiration, hard worker. Even with a situation with his heart he would literally give it his all out there. I’m going to miss you old friend, thank you for being a true big brother to me in my younger years.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Rosario’s passing. I worked with him for five years at I.S.232. He was the most positive and upbeat person I have ever met. He was brimming with energy always- even at 7:00am!
The students adored him and looked forward to his classes. I extended my heartfelt condolences and prayers to his family.

I am the daughter of Ana Rodriguez who now has dementia. She was Dennis child care provider in his toddler years. I remember my mom saying how well behaved and smart he was.
